Using clean earth when water is unavailable or harmful
A concession from Allah when water cannot be used. **Proof from Quran:** > "And if you find no water, then seek clean earth and wipe your faces and hands" [5:6] **When Permitted:** - Water is unavailable - Fear of harm from using water (illness, extreme cold) - Water only sufficient for drinking **Replaces:** Both wudu and ghusl
