Divinely prescribed punishments for major crimes
This book covers the fixed punishments prescribed by Allah for specific crimes including adultery, false accusation, theft, highway robbery, drinking, and apostasy. These punishments serve as deterrents and purification.
Chapter 1: Introduction to Hudud
Chapter 2: Punishment for Adultery (Zina)
And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse
Chapter 3: Punishment for False Accusation (Qadhf)
And those who accuse chaste women and then do not produce four witnesses
Chapter 4: Punishment for Drinking Alcohol
Intoxicants are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it
