Pre-emption & Neighboring Rights
The neighbor of a house is more entitled to the house
Deposits & Damages
Render trusts to those to whom they are due
Usurpation (Ghasb)
Whoever takes a span of land unjustly will be collared with seven earths
Settlement (Sulh)
Settlement is good
Racing & Competition
No prize except in camel, arrow, or horse racing
Lending ('Ariyah)
And they withhold small kindnesses
Reviving Dead Land
Whoever revives dead land, it is his
Reward Contract (Ju'alah)
Whoever brings it will have a camel's load
Lost & Found
Announce it for a year
Endowment (Waqf)
When a person dies, his deeds end except for three
Gifts (Hibah)
Exchange gifts, you will love one another
