**Linguistic Definition:** Prevention. **Legal Definition:** Preventing a person from disposing of his wealth. **Evidence:** - **Quran:** "Do not give the foolish your wealth" [4:5] - meaning their wealth, but attributed to the guardians because they manage and administer it - **Quran:** "And test the orphans until they reach marriageable age.
