My Ummah has been pardoned for mistakes, forgetfulness, and what they were coerced to do
No penalty for unintentional violations
**Ruling:** - If someone applies perfume, covers his head, or wears fitted clothing while: - Ignorant (not knowing) - Forgetful - Coerced - Then there is no penalty upon them **Evidence:** - **Hadith:** "My Ummah has been pardoned for mistakes, forgetfulness, and what they were coerced to do" **When Reminded:** - Once the ignorant person learns, or - The forgetful person remembers, or - Coercion is removed - He must stop the prohibited act immediately
