Ruling of Umrah

**Ruling:** - Umrah is obligatory on the one who is able, once in a lifetime **Evidence:** - **Quran:** "And complete the Hajj and Umrah for Allah" [2:196] - **Hadith:** Aisha asked the Prophet ﷺ: "Is there jihad upon women?" He said: "Yes, upon them is jihad with no fighting: Hajj and Umrah" [Ahmad, Ibn Majah - sahih] - **Hadith of Abu Razin:** He asked about his father who cannot perform Hajj, Umrah, or travel. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Perform Hajj and Umrah on behalf of your father" [Abu Dawud, Nasa'i, Ibn Majah - sahih] **Pillars of Umrah (3):** 1. Ihram (intention) 2. Tawaf (circumambulation) 3. Sa'i (between Safa and Marwa)
