Conditions

**Four Conditions:** **1. Legal Capacity:** The contracting parties must be legally capable of disposal - adult, free, prudent. **2. Known Subject:** The trees must be known in musaqah, and the seed must be known in muzara'ah. **3. Edible Fruit:** The trees must have edible fruit - from palm trees or others. **4. Known Share:** The worker must have a known proportionate share of what is produced from the tree's fruit or the crop - like one-third, one-fourth, etc.
