These are for them and for whoever comes to them from other than their people, whoever intends Hajj and Umrah. Whoever is closer than that, then from where he starts, even the people of Makkah from Makkah" [Bukhari & Muslim] **Passing Without Ihram:** - Must return to the miqat if possible - If unable to return: must sacrifice a sheep in Makkah for the poor of the Haram **Those Living Inside the Mawaqit:** - Enter ihram from their homes - **Hadith:** "Whoever is closer than that, then from where he starts"
