Drinking from Zamzam and walking between Safa and Marwa
**Zamzam:** - Recommended to drink from Zamzam - Pour some on head - Return to Black Stone and touch it if possible **Sa'i (Walking between Safa and Marwa):** **At Safa:** - Read: "Innas-Safa wal-Marwata min sha'a'irillah" [2:158] - Climb Safa until you can see the Ka'bah - Face the Qiblah, raise hands - Say Allahu Akbar (3 times) - Say: "La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamd, wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir. La ilaha illallahu wahdah, anjaza wa'dah, wa nasara 'abdah, wa hazamal-ahzaba wahdah" - Do this 3 times, making du'a between them **Walking to Marwa:** - Walk normally - Run/jog between the two green markers (for men) - Continue to Marwa **At Marwa:** - Do same as at Safa (face Ka'bah, raise hands, dhikr, du'a) **Counting:** - Safa to Marwa = 1 circuit - Marwa to Safa = 2nd circuit - Continue until 7 circuits (ending at Marwa) **This Sa'i is:** - Sa'i of Hajj for Mufrid and Qarin (they don't exit ihram) - Sa'i of Umrah for Mutamatti' (they exit ihram after)
