**Types of Wordings:** **1. Explicit Expressions (الصريحة):** Words using the terms of freeing or liberation, and their derivatives: - "You are free" (أنت حر) - "You are freed" (أنت محرر) - "You are emancipated" (أنت عتيق) - "You are manumitted" (أنت معتق) - "I free you" (أعتقتك) **2. Metaphorical Expressions (الكنائية):** These include: - "Go wherever you wish" (اذهب حيث شئت) - "I have no authority over you" (لا سبيل لي عليك) - "I have no power over you" (لا سلطان لي عليك) - "Leave" (اغرب) - "Go away from me" (ابعد عني) - "I release you" (خليتك) - And similar expressions **Note:** Manumission does not occur by these metaphors unless the speaker **intends** manumission.
