**Evidence:** - **Hadith to Abdullah ibn Amr:** "Fast three days from each month, for the good deed is multiplied by ten, and that is like fasting the entire year" [Bukhari] - **Hadith of Abu Hurayrah:** "My beloved ﷺ advised me with three: fasting three days from each month, two rak'ahs of Duha, and to pray Witr before sleeping" [Bukhari] **The White Days (Ayyam al-Bid):** - 13th, 14th, and 15th of each lunar month - **Hadith of Abu Dharr:** "Whoever among you fasts from the month, let him fast the three white days" [Ahmad, Nasa'i - hasan]
