Who should offer the sacrifice
The Udhiyah is Sunnah for those who meet these conditions: **1. Islam:** - Not addressed to non-Muslims **2. Puberty and Sanity:** - Those who have not reached puberty or lack sanity are not obligated **3. Ability (Istita'ah):** - Possesses the value of the sacrifice beyond their own expenses and the expenses of their dependents during Eid day and the Days of Tashriq
