**Ruling:** Legislated in every permissible combat - Fighting disbelievers - Rebels (bughat) - Highway robbers **Evidence:** "If you fear that the disbelievers may afflict you" [4:101] - Extended to all permissible combat by analogy **Wisdom:** Prayer is never dropped, even in battle.
