Each contracting party has the option as long as they remain in the session of the contract and have not parted from it. **Evidence:** - **Hadith of Ibn Umar رضي الله عنهما:** The Prophet ﷺ said: "The two parties to a sale have the option as long as they have not parted" [Bukhari & Muslim] **Explanation:** - Once the contract is made, both parties can still cancel it - This continues until they physically separate from the meeting place - Upon separation, the sale becomes binding - Either party can choose to cancel during this time
