Those burdened with debt
**Two Types:** **1. Debtor for Personal Need:** - Incurred debt in permissible matters (not sin) - Cannot repay it - Given from Zakat to settle debt **2. Debtor for Reconciliation:** - Took on debt to reconcile between people/tribes - Example: Paid blood money to stop conflict - Given from Zakat even if he is wealthy - To encourage peacemaking in society **Condition:** Debt must not have been incurred in disobedience to Allah.
