**Who Qualifies:** **1. Mukatab (Contracted Slave):** - Slave paying installments for freedom - Given from Zakat to complete payment - So they become free, productive members of society - Can worship Allah fully **2. Muslim Captives:** - Muslims held by enemies - Ransomed using Zakat funds **Purpose:** Freeing people to worship Allah properly and contribute to society.
