Recommended acts for Friday
**8 Sunnahs:** 1. **Early arrival** - each hour has decreasing reward (camel → cow → ram → chicken → egg) 2. **Ghusl (bathing)** - "Ghusl on Friday is obligatory on every adult" (some say wajib) 3. **Perfume and grooming** - cut nails, remove unwanted hair 4. **Best clothes** - "Would that you had two garments for Friday" 5. **Much salah on Prophet ﷺ** - on Friday day and night 6. **Read Surah al-Kahf** - light from feet to sky 7. **Recite Sajdah + Insan in Fajr** - Prophet's constant practice 8. **Two rak'ahs upon entering** - even during khutbah (short) 9. **Seek the hour of response** - du'a is accepted
