Where the imam and followers stand
**Standard Positions:** - **Two or more followers:** Stand behind the imam - **Single male follower:** Stands to imam's right, side by side - Evidence: Prophet ﷺ moved Ibn Abbas and Jabir to his right when they stood on his left - **Women:** Always behind men's rows **Imam in Middle:** - Valid if necessary (Ibn Mas'ud prayed between Alqamah and Aswad) - But normal: imam in front is better
