Supplications when seeking and receiving rain
**Seeking Rain:** - "Allahumma aghithna" (O Allah, send us rain) - "Allahumma asqina ghaythan mughithan, mari'an, mari'an, 'ajilan ghayra ajil, nafi'an ghayra darr" **When Rain Falls:** - Stand in beginning to get wet - Say: "Allahumma sayyiban nafi'a" (beneficial downpour) - Say: "Mutirna bi fadlillahi wa rahmatihi" (We received rain by Allah's grace) **If Rain is Excessive:** - "Allahumma hawalayna wa la 'alayna" (Around us, not upon us) - "Allahumma 'ala al-zirab wal-akam wa butun al-awdiyah" (On the hills and valleys)
